PRESIDENT’S LETTER
I am extremely proud to have been asked to be President of Penrith Show. Our family and business have been involved with the Show for many years and it is always a really enjoyable day.
The Show plays an important role celebrating our regions proud tradition of producing the finest quality livestock, food and services.
I wish to thank all the exhibitors and sponsors for their continued support and, to also thank the dedicated team of show volunteers who work hard throughout the year to make the day special.
Finally, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2011 Show and hope you have an enjoyable day.

Penrith Show 2010 proved to be as successful as 2009 which in itself had topped all our previous records.
Penrith Show day proved to be as popular as ever with thousands of people attending the show.
Our mascot, Farmer Brougham, was again on hand to entertain the crowds and a full programme of entertainment bedazzled the main ring.
The success of 2010 proved to the Society and its supporters that Penrith Show had well and truly established itself as one of the main events in the local calendar.
A full programme of entertainment was on hand to entertain the crowds.
As usual there was something for everyone.

- Food Hall
- Rural Crafts
- Trade Stands
- Industrial and Horticultural sections
And of course there was the Grand Parade, which would rival that of any top county agricultural show.
